If you write through the contact form or by email, I’ll use your name, email and message only to reply to you and, if we work together, to manage the project. Legal basis: your consent when sending the message and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). The website and the contact form run on Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, with data centres in the EU), email is handled with Google Workspace and messages are stored in my own client management tool, hosted on Supabase and Vercel, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Data is kept only as long as needed to answer you and, if there is a business relationship, for the legal periods. It is not shared with third parties unless required by law. You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability at hello@joelschneider.io, and file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This website doesn’t use cookies or analytics. If you change the theme (light or dark), your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, and a note that the logo animation has already played is kept only until you close the tab. Neither is used to identify you. Fonts are hosted on this website: nothing is loaded from Google.
